Where to find your activation code

  • Virtual SIM

    Sticker located on the side of your camera

    (360 cameras purchased after 19/12/23)

  • Physical SIM

    For all 4G static cameras or if you purchased your 360 camera before 19/12/23.

Important! (Purchased before 2024?)

If you purchased your camera in 2023 and your camera didn't come with one of our SIM cards or digital SIMs built-in, you will need to update the APN settings for the camera to be able to read our new SIM.
